Out-of-Network & Superbills

If your specific plan is not listed above, you may still be eligible for coverage through your out-of-network benefits.

Many insurance plans will reimburse you for a significant portion of your therapy costs if they offer out-of-network mental health coverage.

  • How it works: You pay for your session directly at the time of service.

  • What I provide: At the end of the month, I will gladly provide you with a specialized, detailed receipt called a Superbill.

  • Your next step: You submit this superbill directly to your insurance company, and if your plan allows for reimbursements, they will mail a check directly to you.
