ABOUT ME
My Approach: Real, Active, and Tailored to You
After more than 20 years in mental health, I’ve learned that people rarely fit neatly into a box—and therapy shouldn’t either. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with over two decades of experience across both school and clinical environments, I look at the big picture. I consider how your family dynamics, your school or work environments, and your daily relationships impact your well-being.
I’m an active therapist. I won’t just sit in silence and nod. Therapy with me is conversational, genuine, and focused on what will actually help you move forward. Together, we will work hand-in-hand to help you or your child process difficult emotions, break through communication barriers, and rediscover your inner strength.
Who I Work With
I partner with adults, children, teens, couples, and families dealing with:
Anxiety and daily stress
Relationship struggles and family conflicts
Grief and loss
Major life changes and transitions
Self-esteem and self-doubt
Overwhelming patterns that seem impossible to break
Outside of the Office
When I’m not working, I’m living my own full life and practicing the same balance I encourage in my clients. I love adventure and exploring whatever life has to offer!
I’m a parent, so I deeply understand the beautiful, messy, everyday realities of raising kids and managing family dynamics firsthand.
I’m a wife, bringing a grounded, real-world perspective on partnership, compromise, and connection to my clinical practice.
I’m an avid snowboarder, which keeps me grounded, connected to nature, and always chasing fresh air.
I love arts and crafts, which keeps my mind creative and reminds me of the beauty of making things by hand.
I love traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures, which constantly expands my perspective on life.
Bringing my whole, authentic self to our sessions is important to me. I'm a real person, and I look forward to meeting you exactly as you are.
